Children's Program: Ramadan

Students from Colgate’s Muslim Student’s Association will share stories about how they observe Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting, and how they celebrate Eid, the holiday that marks the end of Ramadan.  Children of all faiths are invited to this fun & educational program.

Children will have the chance to decorate pictures of the moon & stars, have a small mehndi design painted on their hand, and sample traditional treats that are eaten in the evening after a day of fasting.
