Fangs, Fur, Fey, and Phantoms: Why We Love Paranormal Fiction

Saturday, November 7
Start Time: 2:00 PM

You're invited to a panel discussion on what's new and hot in paranormal novels.  Three authors and a bookseller will discuss popular books about vampires, werewolves, faeries, ghosts, zombies and other supernatural creatures... and why readers love them.  A dessert reception and book-signing will follow.  Seating may be limited, so please sign-up in advance by clicking HERE.

Panel members will include:

She is a member of the Romance Writers of America and, in addition to the new Feral Warriors series (about an elite group of immortal shape-shifters), she also writes time-travel romance (under the pseudonym Pamela Montgomerie).  Pamela lives and writes in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., with her husband and two kids.

Heather Elia is the Marketing Coordinator and one of the friendly booksellers at the Colgate Bookstore.  She has been an avid reader of horror novels and paranormal romance, for both the young adult and "grown-up" age groups, for more years than she cares to confess.  She reads more books than are good for her and frequently lets her imagination run wild, to the extent that she refuses to step foot inside her own basement at night unless her husband accompanies her.
