Tailgate Cooking with Lauren Braun Costello '98

Start Time: 11:00 AM

Location: the tailgating area near Andy Kerr stadium on the Colgate campus.  Chef and culinary instructor Lauren Braun Costello (Colgate class of 1998) will offer a cooking demonstration of new ways to prepare traditional tailgate fare.  A book-signing will follow.  This event is free.

Lauren Braun Costello developed her craft in the kitchens and classrooms of some of the world’s most renowned chefs, and as the owner and Executive Chef of Gotham Caterers in New York City.

Today, Lauren is an author, food stylist, and culinary instructor who has gained both local and national media exposure. Her recipes and party-planning advice have appeared in The Los Angeles Times, and she has made several television appearances over the years on WNBC’s Today in New York and News 4 You. Lauren’s food styling has been featured in various national and local television broadcasts, including segments for ABC’s The View, The Early Show on CBS, and Fox & Friends.
